Mom and Baby Yoga Classes

Whether you're a new mom or a new dad, doing yoga with your baby can be a good way to unwind, connect with your baby, and connect with other new parents.  Seattle has a wide range of yoga classes for parents, including traditional "mommy and me" yoga classes and toddler yoga (with parents in tow, course).  The best classes in our experience include a yoga instructor who's happy to bounce or carry a baby (or two!).
