Curves - Kirkland

Curves is an international fitness franchise with nearly 10,000 locations worldwide. The Kirkland branch is in Houghton Center right next to Bank of America. This facility is closed from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As with most Curves locations, this is a women-only facility. It offers the standard Curves format of 30-minute circuit training using alternating stations of resistance machines and "recovery boards" for walking or jogging in place.
