The Mountain Flow Yoga folks have opened Live Love Flow, a new studio offering flow yoga, cycling and yoga-cycling fusion classes near Capitol Hill.
Live Love Flow is in a brand new custom-built space on 12th in the Douglas building. They offer three types of classes – pure flow yoga, pure cycling, or a fusion class of 50% cycling followed by 50% yoga. (No trying to do bow pose on the bike, honest.)
